Crane Wellness
Pure Oceanic Root Iodine
Natural Balance for You & the Ocean
Regenerative Ocean Kelp Farming
At Crane Wellness, we are committed to sustainability and the health of our planet. That’s why we source our iodine from regenerative ocean kelp farms. These farms are designed to work in harmony with the ocean’s natural ecosystem, using techniques that promote biodiversity and restore marine environments. Regenerative kelp farming involves cultivating kelp in a way that enhances water quality, absorbs excess carbon dioxide, and provides a habitat for marine life. By harvesting kelp sustainably, we not only ensure a pure, natural source of iodine but also contribute to the regeneration of ocean ecosystems and the local kelp farmers, making our product beneficial for your health and the planet.
Natural Hormonal Balance & Wellness
Pure Oceanic Root Iodine provides a powerful combination of natural iodine, magnesium, and fucoidan, each offering unique health benefits. Iodine is essential for thyroid function, helping to regulate metabolism, energy levels, and hormone balance. Our natural source of iodine ensures optimal absorption and efficacy for thyroid health support. Magnesium is a critical mineral that supports muscle and nerve function, promotes relaxation, and aids in maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system. Fucoidan, a bioactive compound found in kelp, is known for its immune-boosting properties, as well as its ability to support cellular health and reduce inflammation. Together, these ingredients create a synergistic blend that nourishes your body from within, promoting overall well-being and vitality.
How to use
Take 1-5 tablets per day based on your individual needs. We recommend checking your Iodine levels with your physician to determine how much you need per day. Each tablet contains 300mcg of iodine.
The daily recommended intake is as follows:
Teens (14+) and adults: 150mcg / day
Pregnant adults: 220mcg / day
Breastfeeding adults: 270mcg / day
The Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL) for adults is 1,100 mcg (1.1 mg) per day. Too little iodine can lead to hypothyroidism, an underactive thyroid, which can cause symptoms like extreme tiredness, difficulty concentrating, and hair loss. However, too much iodine can also be harmful, and side effects of iodine supplements may include a metallic taste, sore gums, and stomach upset.
Please consult your physician to find out your individual needs before starting with this supplement.
