How to use

Take 1-2 sachets per day. Tear open one end of the sachet and squeeze jelly stick into your mouth from the bottom of the sachet moving up to the top until all contents are consumed.

Best served chilled. We recommend storing in the refrigerator for a more firm texture, but it is not necessary.

I love the probiotic jelly sticks! I noticed a big difference within a week or so, and I can't say that about other products that I have tried in the past. They are easy to take because I don't have to stop to get a glass of water, or mix it in anything. We grab them on our way out the door every morning.
