Oh sh** this works!! It's only been a week or so and my skin feels less dry and feels less saggy. My wife told me I need to take it, I didn't really want to if I'm being honest.. and now I am going to keep taking it because it really does work.

Marine collagen usually is though vs. the nastiness of bovine collagen though. This particular brand has a pretty high amount at 5,250mg when the standard dose for marine collagen is usually only 2,000mg in most brands. There's also hyaluronic acid, biotin (not an excessive amount that will cause breakouts), and vitamin C which synthesize beautifully with collagen just to name a few. Comes with a big scoop too. Btw, the powder does NOT clump and dissolves easily which is a huge deal for me. There's nothing more annoying that drinking a powdered supplement and tasting unmixed dry powder or clumps. Not a problem with this collagen.

I just started using this product. I am mixing this in my protein shakes. It doesn't change the taste of my shake so that's good. It's an easy way to add collagen and biotin into my lifestyle. This has great ingredients. The suggested use is 2 scoops a day. The scoop is quite big so this will not last very long and it is a bit pricey.

I've tried a few different collagen supplements and so far this one is the most impressive. The super fine powder mixes well and unlike others I've tried, I didn't detect an "off" taste. It wasn't gritty or super chalky in my drink, so it was easy to get down. Plus, you only need to take this once a day, as opposed to other brands. This is made in Japan, but don't balk at that my fellow Westerners because they got it right. They often do. Highly recommend.

Love this! I can feel the difference in my joints and notice the changes in my skin, just after about two weeks of using this collagen. Works better than the last one I was using (vital proteins) and it doesn't have any flavor so goes perfect with my smoothies.
